Shannon, I love your posts about airing your laundry. Our HOA has a policy against it (can you believe that!?), but maybe someday I'll get the motivation to try & change it.

My biggest challenge with the triathlons was swimming, so I took a few lessons to improve (really, learn) crawl stroke. Then it was just lap swim, lap swim, lap swim until I felt comfortable enough for open water practice. I was already decent at running and biking, so those weren't worrisome for me. I just needed to maintain my skills. Now, I'd be back at square one with most and have to build up week by week. Let me know if you want some website referrals for training programs...

I wish we could do one together...gosh, maybe we should!!! I would love to come to FL and do one with you...we'll have to file that away as a great possibility!

KJ, you're off the hook now, unless of course you WANT to pass it on. Thanks for humoring me! =) Bravo on the recycling! Especially with all the extra work you have to go to. We're avid recyclers ourselves, but I'm not sure we'd be that committed to it if we didn't have curbside service. =( Our biggest commitment lately has been not using our dryer. It's really fulfilling, and a really nice excuse to get outdoors.

How did you train for the triathalons? I need to get back in shape again...
Love, Shan
